buy yasmin contraceptive pillContraception is very important to avoid an unplanned pregnancy Birth control pills play an important role in preventing you from falling pregnant. There are two main types of oral contraceptive pills- Combined pill and progestogen-only pill (mini-pill). The combined contraceptive pills contains both the synthetic female sex hormones-progestogen and oestrogen, while mini-pills contain only synthetic progestogen. There are some women, especially those who are above 35 years or are smokers, are unable to tolerate the effects of oestrogen hormone. Such women are recommended mini-pill as they have a lower risk of side effects.

Yasmin pill is a popular and safe combined contraceptive pill. These pills should be taken for 21 days of your menstrual cycle, followed by a break of seven days. It does not cause the unnecessary risk of weight gain, which usually happens with other pills. It works in three ways to prevent pregnancy. Firstly, it tricks the body to believe that ovulation ha already occurred so that no egg is released from the ovaries. Secondly, it makes the cervical mucus viscous in such a way that the entrance of sperm into the womb becomes almost impossible. Finally, it causes thinning of the womb lining so that a fertilized egg is not able to attach itself and grow there.

Cerazette pill is a famous progestogen-only pill. Since this pill does not contain oestrogen, this pill is safe for women who are breastfeeding or are above 35 years of age. Just like other birth control pills, it also prevents ovulation, thickens cervical fluid and alters the womb lining to prevent pregnancy.

• The best way to prevent pregnancy is the usage of condoms.
• Female condoms are available and the demand for these condoms increased very much.
• Even doctor’s advice this method to prevent pregnancy instead of using birth control pills which are very harmful and disadvantageous.
• Females use this because it is very easy to use, convenient and also very safe to prevent from sexual diseases and pregnancy.
• Female’s condom (FC) appears as a pouch or a thin nitrite sheath of 17 cm (6.5 inches) in length. This sheath consists of a flexible ring at the closed end of the condom and is open on the other end.
• First need to squeeze the inner ring with thumb and middle figure to make it long.
• Then with middle finger slowly insert the ring along with sheath into the vagina opening.
• Flexible ring easily gets inserted into the vagina and places the condom in the correct position. This in turn makes the penetration easier and convenient.
• Must make sure that the condom is inserted into the vagina opening straightly without any twists.
• Inside the condom a lubricant based on silicon is present and there is no spermicide in it.
• These condoms are available at cheap prices to all the people.
• In spite of lubrication liquid inside the condom it would not be sufficient during sex so must use enough lubricant necessary.

Birth control is a method of stopping pregnancy in different stages. The birth control techniques consist of contraception, contragestion, and abortion. Contraception is a process to prevent fertilization. Contragestion is to avoid slip of the blastocyst. The abortion is the elimination of fetus or embryo from the uterus.
The contraception process includes special ways that comprises of condoms, hormonal contraception and injectable contraceptives. The hormonal contraception takes in combined oral contraceptive medicines and mini pills. Contragestion way is the process of intrauterine appliances placed in the uterus. It is one type of hormonal “emergency contraception”.
Abortion is a surgical method which comprises of suction-aspiration abortion or dilation and evacuation. The other process is medical abortion; it includes the use of medicines and is inserted vaginally to induce abortion. It can be preferred only when the length of conception has not more than 8 weeks.
Sterilization is a surgical method; it is in like a tubal ligation for females and as a vasectomy for males. It is a permanent method of birth control. The success depends upon the patient’s age and method of sterilization. Birth control can be prevented by some other processes like sexually transmitted infections.
Behavioral method is one of the birth control methods; it is used to avert the entry of sperm inside the reproductive system of a woman in the presence of any egg. The avoidance of all sexual actions is the good process of birth control. Some people go for sexual abstinence; it is also one of the birth control methods.

The couples, who don’t wish to get pregnant or who want to avoid unwanted pregnancy, will have to choose the methods of birth control. Birth can be controlled by the usage of pills which are available in many forms.
Birth control pills are available in the form of combination pills and also in the form of mini pill. The combination pills consist of hormones like estrogens and progestin and the mini pills are made up of only progestin hormones. These pills have to be taken on daily basis by the individual and on the advice of the gynecologist. Through this, the ovulation process will be stopped. Thus, no eggs will be released and the mucous will also get thicker and won’t allow the sperms to enter and to get fertilized.
These pills can be very much effective in women but only if they are taken on time and without missing any pill. The other advantage is that the periods will get lighter thus there will not be any cramps and these pills also reduce the risks of cancers.
Since no bleeding takes place during this period, as a result, there are no chances of getting anemia also. The main disadvantage of this pill is it will not protect against the sexually transmitted diseases. This pill is also not good and suitable for all women. The women, who have the history of cancer and those with the high blood pressure levels, should avoid taking this pill.
Women, who age above thirty five, should also avoid taking this pill. Women, who take this pill without doctor’s consultation, are at an increased risk of developing high blood pressure and various other heart diseases.
There can also be a risk of getting stroke and blood clots which are rare but it can stop the blood flow to the important organs thus causing heart attacks.

Birth control methods that are followed today have many changes as to that were followed in the olden days. Different types of birth control methods are followed in both men and women.
In men, there was use of the barriers that are used in the case of the sexual activity that is made out of the condoms that were mostly made by using the animal intestines and that was out of the lambs.
This type is mostly seen in Asia, and before the fifteenth century. They also use lemons as the cap and it is half of the lemon that was used as the cap and the citric juice of the lemon also acted as the best killer of the sperms and thus blocking its way to the vagina and thus stopping the ovulation.
In the females the use of the cervical caps that were mostly made of bees wax was in great demand as it would help in stopping the sperms from entering the vagina and thus will help in the prevention of the pregnancy.
The use of seed wool also proved much of help and this also acts as a very good barrier for the women and is very comfortable to be easily handled by the women. There was also practice of the usage of the sea sponges and these are mainly used by soaking them in the lemon juice as the citric acid will help in prevention of the sperms from entering the vagina.
The use of the silphium plant has also been successful and acted as a barrier and that prevented the entry of the sperm into the vagina. The use of the Acadia shrub with the ground dates and when used with the combination of the cotton and honey is the best in preventing the entry of the sperm into the vagina.
It is also revealed that this is due to the shrub Acadia that will ferment in the body and will turn itself to the lactic acid and hence is the best spermicides. Hence these are the methods that were followed and that helped in the prevention of the unwanted pregnancies.

Birth controls are methods used by the couple, when they do not want a child or pregnancy. Sometimes they have got desired number of children so they do not want any more child, than they need birth control methods. There is artificial birth control method and there is natural birth control method. Artificial method includes birth control pills, which are used by a female. Then there are condoms, diaphragms, cervical caps and much such type. And in natural method it is when the female does not let the sperms enter her body during her fertile period by abstaining from sexual intercourse. Basically birth control methods are used to prevent conception by not letting the sperms meet the eggs. And all these methods interrupt the sperms to meet the eggs thus avoiding conception. Always a couple should be careful by using two different methods at a time to be a safe side to avoid unwanted pregnancy, as it should be noted that all the contraceptives are not 100% effective and safe. There are many ways to avoid unwanted pregnancy; the safest one is not to have sexual intercourse during ovulation period, as in the ovulation period the chances of conception or pregnancy are at the peak. A female can know her ovulation time by indicators such as the basal body temperature, the cervical mucous or by the menstrual cycle. Another effective and safe method of preventing conception is by withdrawing or taking out the male organ during intercourse just before ejaculating. But the couple must be very careful; they should not allow the sperm to touch the vagina of the female.

1) The side effects of birth control pills are generally not alike. They usually depend on the form of birth control pill you use. The combination pills are one kind which is used by many women. In this form of pill, both estrogen and progesterone are present which stop the pregnancy in women. The normal side effects faced by women who use these pills are nausea, changes in the mood, improper menstrual cycles and so on. Also few will put on weight after using the combination pills. The mini pills which contain only progesterone can give rise to effects like cramps, increase in body weight, mood swings and no menstrual periods etc.

2) The side effects are usually short lived or temporary. Generally, the side effects suffered by a woman will reduce after some period of time. These side effects normally take place for a period of three months from the time when women first start taking these pills. But if these effects last for more duration, then talk to your gynecologist who may suggest you with other suitable and effective option.

3) Say no to smoking while on birth control pills. This is because there are more possibilities of development of side effects if a woman using these pills, smoke. Smoking during this time, can bring about clotting of blood, strokes, and other grave consequences especially for those who are above 35 years of age.

4) The birth control pills are beneficial as well. In addition to put off pregnancy, these pills can control the acne problem as well as lowers the severe bleeding at the time of menstrual periods. The other beneficial and positive effects of the birth control pills is it lowers the possibilities of cancer in the ovaries, ovarian cysts and other ailments among the users of the pills.

First: Be aware that behind-the-scene hormonal elements may underlie sexual dysfunction or dissatisfaction. This is true for birth control hormone users as well as women using non-hormonal contraception (like, the barrier methods: diaphragm or condoms).

Second: Find a health care professional who will talk comfortably about this aspect of your life. It is important to feel like a whole person and get the joys from life we work so hard to balance and experience.

Third: Get your blood levels of hormones checked by a knowledgeable professional. Testosterone can have a lot of nasty side effects if you over do it, so beware! Too much does not make for better sex, but can cause health problems, especially if sustained for a long time! Consult your health care professional to know where you are and what little bit may be therapeutic, but not excessive.

Fourth: Think psychologically. If you are on the pill, feel less than great about your sex life, be sure to consider other aspects of your relationship that may be suboptimal before you blame problems on the contraceptive hormones and quit your pill.

Lastly: Time is of the essence! If you are a workaholic, leave for work at 6:30 a.m., get home at 9 p.m., gulp down dinner, watch some TV program and then expect to have great sex with your partner at 11 p.m. … well, that would be a miracle! When we crawl into bed exhausted, sex does not get the investment in time and attention that it needs in order to be satisfying. Making time for sex in your busy day can be a challenge, but worth it.

From the studies, we came to knew that women who use hormonal contraceptives such as the birth control pill are more likely to have chances of sexual dysfunction such as reduces the desire and arousal than women who use non-hormonal contraception and the women who do not use contraception.
The German researchers found that women who used non-hormonal contraceptives, such as condoms were at lower risk for female sexual dysfunction (FSD) than compared to women who did not use contraception.
Reports before says that there are possible link between hormonal contraception and sexual dysfunction. But, the results were conflicting.
The pills and sexual Dysfunction:
The researches done by Lisa-Maria Wall wiener, MD, of the University of Heidelberg, Germany, showed more than 1000 medical students, their sex life and contraception choice. From which more than 87% of the students reported that they had contraceptives in the last six months. Therefore, more than 80% said they are in stable relationship, and the other 97% reported being sexually active in the previous four weeks.
The students were divided into 4 groups, those who used oral hormonal contraception, and those who used non-oral hormonal contraception, such as vaginal ring those who used non-hormonal contraception and those who did not use contraception.
The study results showed that:
? 8.7% were at risk for orgasm disorder.
? 2.6% were at a risk for satisfaction problem.
? 1.2% were at a risk for decreased lubrication.
? 1% were at a risk of arousal.
? 32.4% were at risk for female sexual dysfunction.
? 5.8% were at risk for hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
? 1.1% were at risk for pain.
Therefore, in addition to contraception choices, pregnancy, stress, smoking, relationship status and a desire for children all influenced sexual function. Contraceptive pills are more likely to have by women who were in stable relationships, and who didn’t ever smoke and not been pregnant and were not expecting a baby so early, as said by the research team.
